3Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or in person.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible.
Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for a deposit to secure future bookings.
4Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.

Treatment packages are non-refundable once commenced, but unused sessions may be transferred to another treatment of equal value.
